This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Backtagging: Totally fine with me. I can be horribly slow sometimes, so backtagging is definitely welcome.
Threadhopping: By all means, I don't have a problem with it.
Fourthwalling: Sure? If you feel your character will recognize mine that's okay too. I can't guarantee how he'll act, but there's always some fun to be had.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Pffft. Unless you're going to start calling my mother a trollop or something it's not likely that I'll be offended. If you feel wary about anything, just pm me or something and we'll get it worked out.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

Hugging this character: Sure. So long as he's not already angry about something he won't be against it. He can be snuggly at times.
Kissing this character: He's easily flustered, so unless there's something else that's been established don't do anything too intense. A peck on the cheek is probably safe unless you want to really freak him out.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. Definitely nothing against that. He can be a little oblivious at times, so he may or may not seem to be flirting back. But don't let your character get offended if he doesn't respond the right way.
Fighting with this character: Oh god yes. He's a very passionate and easily irritated guy, so it's possible that he flung the first insult that started the fight. He keeps his gun on him at all times and does get an itchy trigger finger every now and then but he would never shoot anyone that didn't deserve it. He'll fight his very hardest no matter what the situation. He's actually not very good with pain, but he does want to be tough and show off.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I would rather not have him dead and I don't want anything to permanently disable or change his appearance. Injuries that cause bodily scars are okay, but nothing above the neck. Long term recovery is okay, but again I don't want him to end up with a severe limp or a gimpy arm or something. Pulling on his ears is okay, but pulling them off or cutting them off is not.
Killing this character: No. :(
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, go ahead! He probably won't take it very well, but it would be a laugh for me and he'll probably fluster about for a while.

Warnings: Um...nothing much. He's very easily agitated, so if he doesn't like you or something you did he's not really going to hold back in saying as much. He pretty much wears his emotions on his sleeve, not so good at hiding how he really feels. He loves his boss almost more than he loves cake, so insulting Blood is like a declaration of war. So basically treat him and his boss and his cakes with respect and he'll like you. Maybe. :)
